I've done a lot of shoots for Bath Life Magazine over the last couple of years, and was recently asked to do a rather unusual assignment: to photograph words baked out of bread by Bath's master baker, Richard Bertinet. The theme of issue 342 of is the great outdoors, and Richard had baked the phrase 'al fresco in Bath' out of bread. My task was to arrange and photograph these words for the front cover, creating a bold and striking design.
